The Terraces at Los Altos is a beautiful community located in a lovely residential neighborhood in Los Altos. The CCRC opened a new Health Center Building in April 2014 with a five-star skilled nursing center with 30 beds, and 16 private suites in the memory care residence. Our new assited living building will open in December 2014 with 28 spacious residences. Residents from throughout the area are welcome when in need of short term stay for skilled nursing, or for moving into assisted living or memory care. The Community will next build 81 new residential apartments that will open in mid-2016, and reservations are being accepted.
